The items provided by CHESS MALL are new and guaranteed against any defects. They come from a variety of referenced publishers and suppliers, and several items are manufactured in our workshops.

Right of Withdrawal and Refund: You benefit from a right of withdrawal and refund. You can exercise this right without justification within 10 calendar days from the delivery of the product. However, the return shipping costs will be at your expense. The return of the products must be made in their original packaging, in perfect condition, accompanied by all accessories, instructions, and a copy of the proof of purchase. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled cannot be accepted and will be returned at your expense. In this case, Chess Mall is obligated to refund the amounts paid by the customer, excluding delivery charges. The refund must be made within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item(s).
This right does not apply to customized or personalized products, as the law states. A refund can only be made in the case of a defective product, provided the defect is proven to the seller.

Return or Exchange: As part of our commitment to providing the highest quality customer service, CHESS MALL offers free replacement for any item received damaged or not as described. Please note that accepting this replacement implies waiving your right of withdrawal for the initial purchase. In the event of a fault attributable to our responsibility or that of the carrier, we guarantee that you will not incur any additional costs for the return or replacement of the defective item. We will cover the return shipping costs and the cost of sending the new product.
It is also important to emphasize that if you receive a damaged item, you must inform us immediately, within a maximum of 24 hours after receipt. This prompt communication is crucial as it allows us to document the condition of the item upon arrival. If you plan to return the defective product, this notification is mandatory. If the packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, this does not justify a return or refund request. We would like to emphasize that a refund will only be issued after receiving the returned item. You have a maximum of 14 days to return the product, and it is recommended that our customers keep their shipping receipt when returning items. The refund must be made within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item(s).
