Right of Withdrawal and Refund:

You have a right of withdrawal and refund. You can exercise this right without justification within 10 clear days from the delivery of the product. However, the return costs will be at your expense. The return of the products must be made in their original packaging, in perfect condition, accompanied by all accessories and any manuals, and a copy of the corresponding purchase receipt. Incomplete, damaged, or soiled items cannot be returned and will be returned to you at your expense. In this case, Chess Mall is obliged to refund the amounts paid by the customer, except for delivery costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item(s).

This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, as the law indicates. Refund can only be made in case of defective product and provided it is proven to the seller.

Return or Exchange:

As part of our commitment to providing the highest quality customer service, CHESS MALL offers a free replacement for any item received damaged or not conforming. Please note that accepting this replacement implies waiving your right of withdrawal from the original purchase.

In case of a defect attributable to our responsibility or that of the carrier, we guarantee that you will not incur any additional costs for the return or replacement of the defective item, and we will cover the delivery costs for the return and for sending the new product.

It is also essential to note that in the event you receive a damaged item, it is imperative to inform us immediately, within a maximum of 24 hours after its receipt. This prompt communication is crucial as it allows us to document the condition of the item upon its arrival. If you intend to return the defective product, this notification is mandatory; you can send the evidence (description and photos) via Email (contact@chess-mall.com) or via WhatsApp at +216 26 401 413. If the packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, this does not warrant a request for replacement or refund. We emphasize that the refund, in this case, will only be made after receiving the returned item, and you have 14 days maximum to return the product. It is advisable for our customers to keep their shipping receipt when returning items. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
